Delivery - UK Mainland.
All deliveries and returns to UK mainland addresses are free.
We partner with DPD and Fedex who will aim to deliver your bedding within 2-3 working days. We will email you with tracking information when the bedding is dispatched from our warehouse. You will have the option to re-arrange or leave delivery instructions.
Returns - UK Mainland.
Koa has a faff free, 30 day returns policy.
If you would like to return all or part of your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we can offer you a full refund. All we ask is that the items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please send an email to email@example.com quoting your order number. Once your return is confirmed, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please ensure your order is returned to us within 14 days of receiving the returns label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
